Took out tired ford territory in for a service all around check up. The team at Master Automobiles were amazing. Car is running like new. We could be happier with the entire experience. Even gave us a loan car. Definitely use this service again.

For honest friendly helpful service, Master Automobiles are the ones to see. Cheap quick fixes are available elsewhere, and getting part of the job done is just another break down waiting to happen. Parts and experienced labour does not come cheap. Master Automobiles excell and would have a full five star rating except there's a few people out there without patience and understanding of the problems they have with their cars or the need to co-ordinate the repairs. Good reliable mechanics are rare..and at Master Automobiles I know I am in good hands. Thank you for many years of great service.

My husband and I have had our vehicles serviced at Master Automobiles for over 10 years. The service from Kaz, Chris and Paula is always first class.Their advice is is always honest and trustworthy. They always go to the trouble of explaining what they are recommending and why. We have never been let down. I have and will continue to recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.

My experience here was wonderful. Kaz is honest and professional. I brought my car in with steering wheel issues, dead battery and needing an oil change. Kaz diagnosed the steering issue promptly and gave me a call back with a quote, explaining some other issues the car was having, radiator leak, water pump leak, etc. What i like about this is he gave me a detailed break down everything that needed work, but he catered to my budget and suggested only the most necessary fixes. They repaired the car promptly, and it drives perfectly. These guys are on point with diagnosing issues, as i had a cross-country road trip planned which i just completed and the car did not miss a beat.

I had been dealing with multiple mechanics over the past two weeks regarding the serviceability of my Audi, and Kaz at Master Automobiles was by far the most honest and professional. He gave me straightforward advice to drive my car for a long drive out of traffic and the result was exactly as he predicted—the warning light turned off. Other mechanics tried to charge me thousands for the same advice Kaz gave me for free. His integrity and expertise saved me from unnecessary costs, and I truly appreciate his honesty. Fantastic service. Highly knowledgable, took the time to fully explain the issue clearly and what was required to fix it. Chris, Kaz and Paula were proactive and transparent at all times, highly professional and the attention to detail was clear (even giving the car a wash). I recently had my 2018 Mazda 3 serviced at Master Automobiles for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and thorough. They took the time to clearly explain the work that was needed and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I moved the the area a couple of years ago and chose Master Automobiles as they were close and convenient. I remember being impressed by their service the first time I used them! Second time I used them (after an unexpected flat tyre) I was absolutely blown away by their excellent customer service! Kaz and the team are genuine, caring and super professional mechanics. I had already popped in to a tyre specialist regarding my flat, the 'best' estimate I was given was that I needed 4 new tyres, at a bargain price of $1,000 :c( I held out the few days until I was booked in for a full service with Master Automobiles... final outcome: $50 puncture repair kit + their very reasonable labour rate and all was well with the world! Yes I was given a heads up that I will likely need to rotate tyres on the next service, but at least I can now budget for that. I high recommend their services. Excellent, principled and thoroughly nice people! Thanks team Master Automobiles, see you next time ;c)
